Submitted papers must represent original material and should neither have been published elsewhere nor currently under review by another conference or journal and has not been previously published.

All papers must be written in English and formatted according to the standard IEEE 2-column format. In order to download manuscript templates in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format use the following link : IEEE templates page

The conference accepts one type of submissions only, specifically contribution papers (i.e., survey papers which do not include any new technical contribution are not accepted for submission).

Accepted Full papers are limited in length to seven (7) printed pages including figures, tables, and references. Papers exceeding the page limits will not be accepted.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
